Fumiko-san is an excellent host. She is friendly and professional. The room was comfortable for our family of four people. We slept on comfortable thick mats in a tatami room. We also relaxed at an onsen only 20 minutes away before a good nights rest for the next morning to see the famous snow monkeys. The house is large and looks like it could accommodate quite a few guests. Breakfast in the morning was amazing and we even got to take some apples with us. “Ku” the signboard dog is friendly as well and was always there to greet us when we arrived. We will most likely stay here again in the future.
